The Team

Mr. Vijay Bhujle

Sr. Vice-President - Technical

He is a Masters in Chemical Engineering from U.I.C.T with over 40 years’ experience in the chemical processing industry. Mr Bhujle has held numerous positions of responsibility involving equipment & process design, technology transfer and scale up in Pharmaceutical, Agrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals Industry.

He has led number of HAZOP, risk assessments for various Ciba projects and also holds process patents and publications to his credit. Presently, Mr Bhujle is the founder and Sr. V.P. – Technical of GVS Cibatech and is also a visiting faculty at U.I.C.T

Mr. Ganeshkumar Janardhan

Vice-President - Operations

He is a Masters in Organic Chemistry from M.S. University, Baroda with over 25 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry.

He has been involved in tech transfer and scale of several Pharmaceutical Processes and conducting risk assessments for the same. He is the founder and V.P. – Operations of GVS Cibatech and in charge of the safety testing laboratory conducting safety tests, accident investigations and consultations on powder and process safety.

Mr. Shivkumar Vishwanathan

Vice-President - Marketing

He is a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University with over 24 years’ experience in the chemical industry. He is also a Packaging technologist and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

He has worked in R&D, Chemical Manufacturing in MNC Companies and is also a systems auditor in 4 ISO Standards with hundreds of man-days of third party audits across various industries. He is currently VP Marketing and founder director at GVS Cibatech Pvt Ltd.
